I blog because it means something to me, it’s creative and I love expressing myself through it to my family, friends and strangers. It’s a shame that all which counts are followers and likes these days whether it’s on instagram, facebook, twitter.. YOU NAME IT. I’m not judging publicity, but there’s a different between “I follow back” and “Comment 10 pictures and I comment back!” to gaining followers without them getting anything in return other than your feed of inspiring images and thoughts.

Lips. For my latest project I filmed my friend’s lips while she was smoking, including her tongue piecing. It’s fascinating how different parts of the body can be so beautiful and interesting to capture, whether it’s in photography or moving picture. Not in a sexual way, but just for showing details and have a closer look at the human body.

Pure beauty is captured in it’s simplest form. Black and white emphasizes shadows and different tones, fabric and has a certain feeling to it. It’s classic photography! The whole composition in this photo makes it impossible for the viewer to not take an extra look at all the details. Love the casual pose and her hair. Great shot indeed!
